Car-Bomb Explodes in Madrid.

A car-bomb exploded in Spain's capital on Tuesday slightly injuring eleven people, a government official said. The explosion occurred 20 minutes after a caller to the police warned that a car-bomb would explode and provided the exact location of the car, saying he was from the Basque national liberation organization ETA. The explosion, which occurred at 6:45 pm in a residential area northwest of the city center, broke a water pipe causing a flood in the area.
